New Fellows, Gustavo Nechar & Mahesh Puducheri

Please join me in welcoming Gustavo Nechar and Mahesh Puducheri as new Fellows in The Sierra Institute.

Gustavo is Vice President, Human Resources for Dresser-Rand (France/USA). Dresser-Rand Group, Inc., is a global supplier of custom-engineered rotating equipment solutions for applications in the oil, gas, process, power, and other industries worldwide. Before joining Dresser-Rand, Gustavo was the Manufacturing & Logistics Global HR Leader of WABCO Vehicle Control Systems and also spent 11 years with Valeo, Inc. He has been responsible for human resources programs in over 15 countries and is fluent in English, French, Portuguese and Spanish.

Mahesh Puducheri is currently on the TSI Board of Advisors and has decided to become a fellow as well. Mahesh is Global Vice President of Human Resources for Halliburton, responsible for providing strategic leadership through best-in-class human resources practices, processes and solutions to help Halliburton achieve worldwide objectives. He previously led Halliburton’s worldwide Talent Management, responsible for Global Staffing, Technical Training, Competency, International HR, and Leadership & Management Development Strategy. Mahesh has experience in manufacturing, engineering, retail, project & process management, technology, and oil & gas services. He has extensive knowledge of international employment processes, practices and regulations. In addition to assignments in the U.S., Mahesh has worked in Dubai and Sharjah in the United Arab Emirates, Cyprus, and India.
