Tamara Bray

Tamara Bray is Group Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for DCP Midstream, “one of the largest producers of NGLs and one of the largest natural gas processing companies in the U.S.” DCP gathers and/or processes about 12% of our nation’s gas supply. Since joining DCP in 2014, Tamara has had positions of increasing responsibility. She currently leads employee and organizational development, talent management, culture change, compensation and benefits. She also leads corporate real estate and facilities management. With over 20 years of human resources management at leading companies like Ford Motor Company, Bechtel Corporation, Dana Holding and Molson Coors prior to joining DCP, Tamara is a broad based manager with a strong international background. Tamara lives in Denver and is a Purdue Boilermaker.

Anastasia Falconio

Anastasia Falconio has been Chief People Officer at Kids ll since January 2017. Kids ll is a private company that has has been “inventing and reinventing baby toys and gear for over 40 years.” With award winning brands like Baby Einstein, Bright Starts, Oball, Ingenuity, and Disney Baby, chances are you’ve had one of the Kids ll products in your home. A lawyer by training, Anastasia has been leading human resources functions domestically and internationally for over 20 years. Her skill and capability has been demonstrated in diverse assignments at Caesars, Harrah’s, Caterpillar and American Girl. Anastasia lives in Atlanta and is an Illini from University of Illinois.
